Haylee is a consistent model of the Warrior Way expectations. She always has a cheerful and positive attitude when working individually & in small groups & puts forth her best effort at all times. She's responsible & completes assignments on time & follows directions
Victor consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic & a positive attitude in everything he does. He approaches tasks with determination & dedication, ensuring that nothing is left unfinished. He is incredibly kind & considerate, always ready to lend a hand to others.
Violet goes above and beyond in everything she does. She works hard to excel in her academics & at being a good friend. She is positive & perseveres when given a challenge, she is responsible with finishing her work in a timely manner, and always remembers her manners.
Cora is a Great First Grade Warrior! She is very, very kind to everyone. Cora is always helping her friends. She is always thankful and polite. Cora comes to school with a smile on her face and stays positive, respectful and responsible during the entire day.
Leighton is determined to do her best in her academics & works hard every day. She does a nice job of showing the warrior way by following the classroom expectations. She works quietly, consistently, & will ask for help when she needs it.
Charles is kind and caring. He plays and shares with everyone. Charles follow directions and works hard in the classroom.
Kynzlee comes in with a smile everyday. She follows directions, plays with anyone, and is a great friend.

These students celebrated bubble bath day by challenging each other to see who could make the biggest table bubble!
Westward K-2 Students and staff celebrated the 100th day of school with cake, juice, and a dance party on Wednesday!
4th graders visited the Chimney Rock Museum during a virtual field trip from NE State Historical Society.
They also tried hardtack bread, a recipe that was used by pioneers traveling the Oregon Trail & were relieved to know this was food they didn’t have to eat every day!
