Golf today at O'Neill the boys battled the wind and came away with their best team score of the year and placed 3rd as a team with a 355. Placers: Corbin 15th with an 89. Bryson 7th with an 85. Chase 4th with an 84

Neligh-Oakdale Alumni Banquet May 25th
The Junior High track meet scheduled for Tuesday @ O'Neill has been moved to Monday the 15th with field events starting at noon. Students will leave school at 10:00.
It is going to be a great day for a track meet! Come out and support the JH track teams today with field events starting @ 1:00pm and running events starting @ approximately 3:00pm.
The first graders took their field trip on Thursday! They visited the Planetarium at Wayne State College and saw an amazing show "Sun, Moon, and Stars." They studied this in their CKLA Knowledge Astronomy Unit. On the way home, they stopped and enjoyed a quick game of bowling!
The 2nd graders enjoyed a presentation about honey bees on Friday. They have been learning about insects in their CKLA Knowledge and Science units.
Tomorrow's Neligh-Oakdale Invitational Track Meet will be held at Plainview. The schedule will remain the same with the field events starting at 12:30.
There was a new face on the playground last week. Officer Miller was up for the challenge of playing 4-square!
PK-6 Parents,
A variety of animals from local students will be at the Antelope County Fairgrounds for an educational purpose on Monday, April 15. The Neligh-Oakdale FFA members will be teaching PK-6 students about safety around animals, large machinery, and smaller equipment.
Please fill out the permission form below if you would like your student to attend. Students without a permission form submitted prior to the event will be required to stay at school.

Mrs. Alspaugh - High School Staff Warrior of the Month for March! Mrs. Alspaugh has done a great job of setting high standards for her students. Although it is her first year here at Neligh-Oakdale, she has stepped up and volunteered for several roles.
Mrs. Bentley - Elementary Staff Warrior of the Month for March! Mrs. Bentley goes above and beyond to advocate for her students. She is kind and always willing to help when needed.
Ryder Schwager - 12th Grade Warrior of the Month! This year Ryder has really taken the lead in his warrior group and classes, stepping up and volunteering to do some of the lessons in his warrior group and being a positive influence to others.
